Chapter 7 Bankruptcy

- Contrary to popular belief, the majority of people can still qualify for Chapter 7 debt relief. I have helped many "borderline" clients meet the criteria to have (most) debts fully discharged.

Chapter 13 Bankruptcy

- If your home is in danger of foreclosure because of mortgage arrears, or if your income is too high under the "means test," filing for Chapter 13 may make sense. You get relief from harassing creditors while repaying a portion of your debts over time.

Bankruptcy Litigation

- You are protected from creditors once you file for bankruptcy, unless they challenge your bankruptcy petition by alleging fraud. I have extensive trial experience and I will fight to protect your house and all assets from credit card companies, predatory lenders, and other creditors.
